At Tachy Threads LLC, all products are made to order, just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size/style/color selection, or general dissatisfaction.

However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the issue to help process the claim quickly.
